I too congratulate the President and his family for their choice in welcoming another family member to their house, and citizens, OUR house. No doubt that the new puppy will bring the most joy to all, and especially to the two girls. I also congratulate the Biden’s for their choice in a beautiful shepherd puppy. I have read much lately about how some think that the Bidens should not have chosen their pet from a breeder, and should have made their choice from a shelter. It is sad and actually sickening to listen to how this entire process (originally made from sincere love) could have so much negativity fall upon it. I have two dogs myself, one of which I chose from a breeder, and one was from an animal rescue organization. It was MY choice, as it is everyone’s, and NO ONE has the right to tell me where and from whom my pet of choice should come from. The end result is that an animal now has a loving home and is well cared for. That's the bottom line.
