IN SUPPORT OF OUR DOGS

We provide a retirement home for many dogs–elderly, sick or high behaviors–who are unable to live adequately anywhere else–which at times may or may not include ourself!

Not a not-profit organization, how we exist is what we can earn ourself and through donations of caring dog lovers. We feel we are the only people who get a $5 bill and feel as if it were $500 through love and caring from wonderful people willing to help total strangers in need.

Items Needed for the Support of our Dogs

A wide assortment of things is always needed here: towels or blankets to snuggle down in, bones to chew on with old teeth, fresh hay to place in the larger dogs eskimo-dog houses and pens so they can lie in the sun, boiled fresh meat mixed with dry food given on a daily basis, medicine, vet bills, or just plain love toys to play with (and yes, old dogs love to chase ball and fetch toys!).  Fences always need to be fixed or new ones need to be put up to enlarge their exercise areas. Daily living arrangements always are being added to and improved upon–you name it, it needs done on a minute-by-minute basis.

We feel quality life is more important than a long life in a bad position, so continuously are seeking to improve the lives of who we have. Any help we can get to accomplish this much-needed endeavor is much appreciated!

WHO OUR DOGS ARE THAT NEED SUPPORT

Different than many rescues who seek safe quality homes for their rescues, we at Rainbow’s End realize that these dogs will never go anywhere for one reason or another. They are safe here and pretty confident about life, thanks to their daily does of plenty of love and attention.
