Entries being accepted for the National Dog Blog Carnival #1

Check out the very first National Dog Blog Carnival #1 for dog/dog related bloggers!

If, as a dog blogger, you would like to receive more recognition or awareness of your blog every month, then please participate in the National Dog Blog Carnival #1 on the first of every month. Over time as more and more dog bloggers band together in participation, the dog carnival will help improve ratings and coverage of not only the host but also for those who are hosting the blog. Entries are done by midnight the last day of every month, with the carnival up within the first week of the following month. For a sample idea of a carnival blog I hosted for the Universe Today, it is at <http://www.amarsodyssey.com/uncategorized/welcome-everyone-to-the-66th-edition-of-carnival-of-space/> . Every blog article submitted is put together on the host’s website to increase awareness of that particular carnival type and add traffic to the host’s site.

This is a fun way to get to know the dog communities out there, and an excellent way for your information to reach a targeted audience. Deadlines are the last day of the month with a different volunteer blogger hosting it around the beginning of every month. If none are available, then the blog “Way Cool Dogs” will automatically host.

Please inform us the month before you will be hosting in order to forward all URLs for the article and the home blog to you. All entries, please send to Nancy at nancy@waycooldogs.com with your full name, address, home blog URL, and the URL of your favorite dog related blog written within the past 30 days. Hope to hear from you soon!

I am also sending you a sample blog of one of my Carnival of Space blogs when I was blogging for A Mars Odyssey (http://www.amarsodyssey.com/uncategorized/welcome-everyone-to-the-66th-edition-of-carnival-of-space/). That way you can kind of get a look at the different things everyone sent in relating to space.
