Located in a New Jersey trash bin of a 22-story building, a tiny, dehydrated and emaciated pit bull mix was found wrapped in a plastic trash bag right before St. Patrick’s Day — within hours of death. According to the rescuer, it looked as if he had been placed in the bag and tossed down the trash chute.
